1. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly responsible for the design and customer experience in assigned projects.
- Develop and improve the design process and user experience analysis.
- Understand the product domains, and develop and enhance interfaces and customer experiences in line with business strategies over time.
- Build Design Systems, Product Maps, and Customer Experiences.
- Participate in the development of Design Systems, components, Mobile apps, and web apps.
- Involved in building operational models for projects and product sectors.
- Responsible for designing and evaluating current and future customer experiences, and proposing improvements and upgrades.
- Evaluate and improve design processes/regulations/products to enhance work efficiency and product quality.
- Measure effectiveness and review the quality and progress of projects, proposing necessary actions to improve work efficiency and product quality.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or higher in relevant fields.
- Experience related to the position in technology, banking, finance, fintech...
- Proficient in design software: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop. Additional skills in software such as Sketch, AE, 3D, Indesign, and hand drawing are a plus.
- Strong data analysis and creative skills.
- Skills in building design systems and knowledge of user experience.
- Proficient in listening, understanding, and communicating in English at a good level.
- Good observational skills and openness.
- Strong communication skills and a good sense of aesthetics.
