Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the CFO
• Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts for the companies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and investment targets.
• Manage quarterly financial close
• Manage the annual audit for companies assigned
• Manage reporting to financial regulatory authorities as well as to the Investors
• Manage all bank related matters for companies assigned
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, conducting regular audits and reviews to maintain financial integrity and transparency.
• Assist in fund raising activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• 8~ 12 years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or related field.
• Age: 27~33
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
