Vietnam Sales Representative

    Report to: APAC Region Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the Sales Representative for Vietnam, focusing on managing existing key accounts and actively seeking new opportunities, particularly with OEMs and Automotive clients.
    • Develop and manage profitable business relationships with key account customers in Vietnam by maximizing customer value and implementing the company's strategy for OEMs and Automotive.
    • Drive sales efforts in targeted key segments and within territories in Vietnam.
    • Promote the company’s complete portfolio at selected OEMs and Automotive both locally and regionally.
    • Act as the company's ambassador by building and nurturing relationships, and continuously creating new, relevant contacts within accounts to achieve the highest possible level of engagement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in industrial sales and 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Experience in OEMs and automotive industries, or related sectors, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and a must-win attitude.
    • Proficiency in CRM or SAP systems, and fluent in English, both spoken and written.
    • Strong customer focus, with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills; willing to travel extensively.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to set priorities, plan effectively, and engage with customers and internal teams to drive sales and innovation.
