Job Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily maintenance of wafer equipment to meet operational and technological requirements.
- Collaborate with maintenance engineers and technicians to optimize equipment performance.
- Coordinate and support daily activities of the wafer operation and technology teams, ensuring tasks align with the common goal of maintaining equipment health.
- Apply engineering management knowledge to grow the maintenance team and mentor local engineers to meet industry standards.
- Identify and monitor critical parameters, perform equipment comparisons to optimize performance, and reduce deviations.
- Proactively analyze and identify the root causes of equipment failures through predictive maintenance.
- Provide engineering solutions through data analysis to support quality assurance, evaluate customer complaints, manage processes, and troubleshoot problems.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to cultivate local technical talent.
- Work on improving CAPEX and OPEX from an equipment maintenance perspective.
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and reading technical diagrams. Experience with other relevant software is strongly preferred.

Experience
Necessary:
- Over 10-15 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on overseeing and leading maintenance procedures and actions within a company.
- Experience managing repair activities for assigned equipment and providing technical development to junior team members and offices.
- Responsibilities include tracking expenses, reporting progress, and assigning maintenance schedules.
- Strong technical background, particularly with grower equipment.
Desirable:
- Good understanding of technical know-how related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting for semiconductor and solar applications puller.
- Ability to perform data analysis using engineering statistical methods.
- Strong team player who can collaborate with operators and technology teams involved in the wafering process, as well as engineers from different departments.
- Knowledge or ability to understand and apply equipment optimization and excellence principles and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Kanban.
Qualification
Necessary:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
