Job Location
Dholera, a thriving Smart City situated in Gujarat, an important economic hub in Gujarat and is known for its high levels of development and infrastructure. It is also a central transportation hub, with good connectivity to other parts of Gujarat and India through roads, railways, and airports. Nearest business hubs include Ahmedabad City & Airport (120km away) and Pipavav Port (200km away). Future connectivity plans for Dholera include the development of Dholera Airport and an ongoing project for an Express Highway.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Preferred Specialization in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
Requisite Skills:
• Good Expertise in Solar Cell Mfg. Maintenance.
• Hands-on Maintenance experience of Wet Chemistry equipment's from supplier like SC China, RENA, Schmid & Kingenious for Texturing, Polishing, Cleaning etc.
• Must have in-depth exposure on Wet Bench Maintenance & its related process defects solutions.
• To carry out the preventive and breakdown maintenance of the Wet bench.
• Manage the spares & consumables of the Wet tools.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for Maintenance & their revision as per requirement
• Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects
• To provide production and maintenance support to the customer in the final stage.
• Training & Developing of technical teams
• To educate the cell maintenance team about preventive and breakdown maintenance & root cause analysis.
• Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects
• Responsible to keep a close eye on external developments in his/her field of expertise that might be relevant to the firm's technology roadmap.
