As a Business Development Manager, Phuong is responsible for growing our client portfolios through staffing and other ad-hoc outsourcing services. She works closely with all Team Managers/Directors to leverage our existing clients and ensure our organization's continued success.
Prior to EV Search, Phuong held several key roles in other multinational companies. Her experience in these roles has given her a deep understanding of the industry and the skills necessary to succeed in a highly competitive market.
