ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Role: As an Agronomy Supervisor, your primary responsibility is being a connection point of suppliers and company and ensuring input material sources to serve the company's exports · Report to: Operation Director · Coordinates: QA/ Purchasing/ Logistic/ Accountant/ HR Job Responsibilities Leading the team · Managing Agronomist who are working in material areas in finding and selecting farmers, providing technical advice, and purchasing fruit according to the Company's required standards · Supervising Agronomist in finding new farmers, training, guiding, and supervising farmers to produce raw materials according to the Company's required standards (Global GAP) · Controlling Agronomist for advising farmers on drug use, quarantine and fertilizer application according to the Company's requirements. · Deploy training for farmers on correct farming techniques and high productivity · Setting up and monitoring experimental models · Training subordinate to improve technical and working skills Material sources · Providing enough raw material with the right quality and time required by the Company · Coordinating with departments in purchasing and transporting raw materials · Implement the Company's plans in raw material areas Connection point of suppliers and company · Represent the Company to handle problems arising in the raw material areas under their management. · Survey idea of farmers and report to company and give idea to treat, improve. Responsibilities Responsible for the technical evaluation, and support for technical management of solar power project development and operation, such as preliminary feasibility study, engineering design, installation and commissioning, monitoring of operation and maintenance of solar power projects Lead in the preparation of solar power feasibility study reports and technical aspects of project proposals Responsible for preparing the technical specifications for solar power project bidding and leading technical bids evaluation and submission Responsible for reviewing various drawing specifications and technical standards such as preliminary design of solar power projects, construction design & drawing, quality manual, and operation and maintenance procedures of solar power plants Responsible for guiding the construction, installation, commissioning and acceptance of solar power projects; and lead in technical communication with solar power project construction owners, suppliers and power grid companies Responsible for evaluating technical aspects of potential acquisitions / investments into solar power / new energy platforms / companies such as feasibility / competitiveness of solutions / target companies’ existing operating assets & pipeline projects Responsible for the data management of solar power plants, including leading the planning and construction / optimization and improvement of the data platform of solar power plants and related Management Dashboards Supporting the technical management of solar power plant operation, including preparation of system equipment performance and safety inspection standards; and organizing the preparation of operating procedures (system diagrams) and maintenance procedures Lead in the technical aspects of post-evaluation of solar power projects, and including technical and economic evaluation of the entire life cycle of solar power plants Support department reporting matters & responsible for solar power project document management, including the collation, organization and archiving technical documents such as project development, construction and operation and maintenance Requirements 8 years or more relevant working experience in solar power project development or technical management/operation and maintenance of solar power plants, or solar power related experience in large and medium-sized energy design / research institutes. Have more than 100MW centralized solar power or distributed solar power project management experience. Degree in engineering, automation control, mechatronics or equivalent. Familiar with design standards of solar power plants, approval process, and ability to acquire technical knowledge and understanding of new technologies. Ability to lead solar power project engineering design and project management. Experience in project bidding, design, equipment materials, construction guidance, on-site installation and commissioning. Familiar with on-site work of solar power plants, including the technical characteristics and requirements of equipment required for solar power plants; able to independently complete the on-site survey and data collection of solar power project development, testing, evaluation and diagnosis of solar power plant equipment, etc. Proficiency in the use of solar power systems and equipment performance testing equipment, with the ability to design solar power generation systems, high and low voltage power distribution systems, and guide the installation and commissioning of solar power generation systems. Results driven, strong organization, communications and team leadership skills to deliver under tight time pressure. Good commercial / business acumen that drives technical matters. Fluent in English; with good working knowledge of Mandarin. Strong IT skills required for the required roles.

They are looking for a Safety Director, specialized in fire and explosion prevention with below criteria: 1. Responsibilities: · Manage the entire Safety - Fire Fighting Department in Urban Areas in the assigned territories; · Review and evaluate risk management in related operations; · Consulting, guiding and controlling labor safety and fire prevention at urban areas including:  - Instruct management boards to create, store and update legal documents related to fire prevention and fighting and labor safety at the facility.  - Participate in or guide facility management boards to receive periodic inspection teams related to fire prevention, rescue and labor safety work of authorities at the facility.  - Receive information about serious incidents from security guards and facility management boards and participate in assessing the causes and proposing solutions (fire; serious natural disasters; accidents causing serious consequences to human health; damage to machinery, equipment/technical systems that affect operations and may affect safety and human nature) issues that are beyond the Company's ability to handle or that threaten to cause serious damage to facilities, safety, human life, image and reputation of the Group.  - Training and professional guidance on labor safety, fire prevention and rescue for facility management boards to ensure compliance with legal regulations.  - Research and propose completion of documents and instructions on fire prevention and labor safety at the facility to ensure strict control and limit risks of fire prevention and fighting · Organize inspection of the inspection and control of fire prevention and fighting and labor safety carried out by the Management Boards.
