Linh has experienced more than 13 intensive years as internal and external HR in different sectors, which gave him a strong understanding of the organizational structure and operational principles of enterprises' situations. Currently, he is leading a young and dynamic team in North Vietnam, which specializes in recruiting in middle to senior positions, diversified from different occupations. 

A intensive insight into the labor marke helps Linh  to build up good relationships with both clients and candidates and makes him succeed in connecting with the right people and places.
