With over 7 years of experience in IT recruitment, Minh has had the privilege of working in diverse environments, including big corporation, product-based companies, outsourcing, offshoring team and headhunt agency focusing on IT field. In his previous roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, he collaborated closely with stakeholders, various departments, and C-level executives across Europe and APAC to deliver End-to-end hiring process, allocate resources for projects, manage standardized processes and database.

Currently, as a Team Leader at EV Search, Minh oversees a team, builds up, mentors and ensures KPI delivery. His responsibilities also include optimizing internal operations, standardizing processes, and building a sustainable and high-performing team. Additionally, he works directly with key clients, nurturing strong partnerships to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
