They are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Regulatory Affairs Executive Primary Responsibilities: · Provide technical documentation to our customers in a timely manner. · Advise customers on products compliance such as GMO, Allergen, Questionnaire, Countries compliance (SEA), IFRA Compliance, RSPO, Halal, etc. · Ensuring regulatory compliances of raw materials and finished products. This includes legislation within Asia Pacific Region, US, European. · To keep abreast of current legislation, guidelines and other regulatory matters, and giving advice to the application, commercial team to meet the rules. · Provide regulatory assistance to key members of staff. · Provide support to the management in preparation of upcoming regulatory changes. · Provide feedback to the management on regulatory procedures & interactions with other departments. · Be vigilant in matters relating to health and safety within and external to the company’s offices. · Secondary duty: backing up Quality Control Analyst.
