Collaborate with the Department head to formulate the Construction Playbook, driving consistency across the Group. Oversee the planning, implementation, and culmination of diverse factory construction endeavors in Vietnam and Cambodia, covering project initiation, allocation, and construction oversight.

Help the CFO prepare financial reports, such as cash flow, income, and balance sheets, while making sure that accounting rules are followed accurately. Assistance with routine bookkeeping duties, such as data input, account reconciliations, and journal entries, for the CFO Take part in the yearly physical inventory count, recording and confirming stock amounts. Support the CFO and outside auditors with the required paperwork and justifications throughout the yearly financial audit.

This includes integrating with regional finance teams and local users, with a particular focus on tax and reporting compliance. Collaboration across the organization and close cooperation with the regional finance system team is necessary for the timely implementation of the system in newly acquired schools.
