About the role The Manager of Enterprise Solutions Sales for Indonesia is responsible for selling our suite of enterprise products. Responsibilities • Gain expertise in our globally proven product suite and provide comprehensive guidance on using technology in the digital marketing journey through standard and customized client presentations. • Actively engage with clients' mid/senior management and C-level executives to establish trust and credibility, facilitating the growth of their business through our enterprise solutions. • Self-manage the entire process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure. • Develop and expand solutions to generate additional product or service attachments and increase upsell revenue. • Establish a local business ecosystem in Indonesia for our enterprise business. About you • Experience in marketing technology, such as omni-channel marketing automation, CDP, DMP, marketing attribution platforms, web analytics, etc., will be crucial. • 3-7 years of experience in selling software to enterprise accounts, small and medium-sized enterprises, and mid-market clients, preferably with SaaS-based offerings. • Proficient in terminology, trends, and concepts related to Data and AI products. • Ability to understand client needs through consultative selling. • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa. • Self-motivated and capable of adapting to a fast-paced startup environment. The Associate Director of Enterprise Solution Sales (Thailand) is responsible for managing the enterprise business in Thailand. We seek to inspire trust by designing and implementing end-to-end governance & experience programmes to enable a thriving international marketplace. Responsibilities: As the Creator Governance leader, you will be responsible for mentoring a regional team of governance strategy and program managers who develop policies, run programmes, and drive operational optimisation to improve users' live-shopping experience. You are a systems-thinker, highly data-driven and can develop strategic roadmaps to govern creators' live-selling performance across their lifecycle: from onboarding and commission control, through their participation in key business events such as campaigns and advertisements, to incentive programmes. To keep our live-shopping ecosystem healthy, you will define scenarios and creator behaviours we want to encourage, do not welcome, and develop policies and enforcement levers to reduce poor quality content and adversarial actors, as well as improve live-selling content ecosystem quality. Provide mentorship and build a successful regional team that develops and implements data-driven policies and strategies to regulate creators' live-selling and their content.
