Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and gather information on regional market dynamics, customer requirements, and market trends, including segment analysis, customer distribution, and product demand trends, both short-term and long-term. Provide recommendations based on these findings. Regularly analyze competitors in the region, identifying them, assessing their product strategies, and evaluating competitive factors like sales scale, pricing, and product performance advantages. Communicate with the HQ Product Manager and lead regional product managers to keep them informed about the progress of new product development, supply capacity, certifications, and upgrades, and relay this information promptly to the regional sales team. Analyze the overall capacity structure, headquarters' product strategy, and regional market dynamics to formulate regional product strategies aimed at enhancing competitiveness in the energy storage industry. Assist in the launch of new products in the regional market. Lead the pre-sales team in collaboration with the management team to develop comprehensive technical solutions for clients. Coordinate with sales, project management, and installation teams to ensure clients' needs and internal timelines are met. Provide technical guidance to the Energy Storage Solutions Team, responsible for exploring and evaluating potential new technologies and approaches to capture new opportunities in the solar industry. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical or electronic engineering. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the energy storage industry, particularly within the APAC market. Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages to facilitate effective communication with Chinese counterparts. Background in product development or full-process project management within the energy storage sector in APAC. Strong understanding of the international business environment, operations, and practices. Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management. Extensive expertise in Power Conversion System (PCS), Lithium battery technology, and storage system integration. Established network of industry relationships with key stakeholders in the energy storage sector. Proactive, results-driven, hardworking, and enthusiastic about tackling new challenges. Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
