Key Account cum Customer Service Manager

Main responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the appointed individual will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth by attaining sales targets within the designated territory and/or customer accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
⦁ Implement sales strategies tailored to RBIS (Retail Brands & Information Solutions) Master Customer programs within a specified geographic region.
⦁ Execute sales initiatives across the entire IBMS product range for designated key customer accounts (including factories, vendors, and agents).
⦁ Disseminate market insights and competitor analysis to inform company strategies.
⦁ Identify and cultivate sales leads, taking ownership of nurturing relationships with these prospects.
⦁ Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, including call reports, account plans, and sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
⦁ Collaborate within the team to identify challenges, propose solutions, and contribute to operational and sales effectiveness through participation in various projects.
⦁ Cultivate and sustain relationships with target stakeholders, including factories, vendors, agents, and purchasing offices of Master Customers.
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor's degree in any field.
⦁ Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
⦁ Demonstrated experience in team building and management, overseeing teams of 3-5 members.
⦁ Preferably, background in apparel/footwear manufacturing, merchandising, or trim accessory supply.
⦁ Proficiency in both English and Japanese is essential.
⦁ Strong computer skills.
⦁ Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with responsiveness and high self-motivation.
⦁ Customer-centric approach, with a strong work ethic and trustworthiness.
⦁ Proficiency in product knowledge, market analysis, sales techniques, and managerial competencies.
