We are looking for a senior-level individual to address the institutional segment and fill gaps in the Open Market. This role reports directly to the business head and offers a clear path to becoming a profit center head (PCH). Responsibilities include assisting the PCH with financial activities such as weekly M2M, currency position monitoring, month-end financials, BRM preparation, and OH monitoring.
The Plant Manager, reporting to the VP of Operations, will oversee production and logistics, act as a liaison to Corporate, and manage a multi-shift operation. They'll create strategic production plans aligned with company goals and manage the plant within budget. Additionally, they'll lead, develop, and mentor plant leadership while collaborating with other departments. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong leadership and manufacturing management experience, capable of delegating, motivating, and adapting to achieve production goals.
