Main Responsibilities: 1. Build the plans and strategies of business development Build the plans, orientations and development strategies for the business in the present and in the future. Participate in organizing, managing and implementing the strategy. In charge of closely following the implementation process. 2. Maintain and expand relationships with strategic partners Exchange and negotiation with strategic partners. Establish, build and maintain diplomatic relationships with strategic partners. 3. Manage general operations of all departments Develop short-term and long-term strategies and plans for the Sales department to ensure the company's revenue's targets. Manage overall customer service operation, service quality and management resources of customer relationship. Monitor the service quality through customer's reflection & engagement. Monitor the operation of back office departments (Finance - Accountant Depts & HR - Admin Dept.) 4. Internal management Build and develop internal processes. Implement periodical evaluation of these processes and continuously improve innovation. Develop training programs for all Depts. Develop goals and KPIs for all Depts. Supervise the activities of all departments, speed up the progress, quality and capacity of all employees' work. Monitor the internal operation of the company and build a safe and healthy working environment. Consult and build an effective personnel team to ensure the overall operation of the Company. Job Requirements: 2 - 3 years of experience or more in the position of COO/Operation Manager in the forwarding or import-export industry; Priority is given to strong experience of US routes both sea/air. The APAC Ecommerce's Governance and Experience team connects buyers, sellers and content creators to ensure a seamless, trusted online shopping experience. We seek to inspire trust by designing and implementing end-to-end governance & experience programmes to enable a thriving international marketplace. Responsibilities: As the Creator Governance leader, you will be responsible for mentoring a regional team of governance strategy and program managers who develop policies, run programmes, and drive operational optimisation to improve users' live-shopping experience. You are a systems-thinker, highly data-driven and can develop strategic roadmaps to govern creators' live-selling performance across their lifecycle: from onboarding and commission control, through their participation in key business events such as campaigns and advertisements, to incentive programmes. To keep our live-shopping ecosystem healthy, you will define scenarios and creator behaviours we want to encourage, do not welcome, and develop policies and enforcement levers to reduce poor quality content and adversarial actors, as well as improve live-selling content ecosystem quality. Provide mentorship and build a successful regional team that develops and implements data-driven policies and strategies to regulate creators' live-selling and their content. This is to ensure a trustworthy and healthy e-commerce ecosystem. Utilise data-driven methodologies to optimise content recommendations and close policy and implementation gaps by discovering, measuring, and resolving abusive creator behavioural and content quality trends. Design and implement solutions to improve short video and livestream content quality & traffic conversion; increase e-commerce creators' retention and activity; increase awareness of policies and rules; increase creator and user satisfaction. This involves working with cross-functional teams across countries to surface nuanced cultural insights, manage regulatory trends, and implement solutions to close gaps across policies, processes, and product. Lead regional initiatives and programmes that are adapted and implemented successfully across APAC countries in a matrixed organization. Drive product feature improvements and channel this feedback in a structured and timely manner to the Product, Engineering, Algorithm teams. Design, coordinate and execute a variety of high profile ad hoc insights projects using a range of various methodologies to understand users' viewing and purchasing preferences and iterate content strategies accordingly to provide the most trustworthy and localized content for each region. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and above, preferably in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science etc from a top tier institution. Advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of professional experience in Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policymaking and Operations Management, or Ecommerce Strategy, Seller or Product Growth, Risk, Compliance, or Experience programmes. 3+ years of people management experience with a size of 10 or more. Able to thrive in ambiguous situations and forge a path forward to build solutions from 0 to 1. Ability to shuttle from strategy development to strong execution. Highly data-driven, with experience analysing and utilising data-driven methodologies for segmentation, risk discovery, programme design, and OKR business goal setting. Strong business, product, and research acumen. Driven, proactive, action-oriented and results-oriented with strong critical thinking abilities -- able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed and very dynamic environment. Able to absorb dense information quickly. Excellent stakeholder and programme management ability -- to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders to achieve results. Job Summary : Reporting to the Technical Head, the Solar Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, with quality and within budget. You will: • Provide pre-construction, installation, and post-installation support to internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrate a commitment to best-practice service delivery • Deliver high-level customer satisfaction • Manage projects (from costing, project execution to completion) on behalf of the Company on a day to day basis, ensuring that projects are undertaken in a safe, cost effective manner and in full compliance with Company procedures.
