DESCRIPTION - Develops and implements strategic plans in line with the division's objectives; - Supports the development of the workforce plan for the division; - Manages and controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvement; - Prepares and manages the annual budget for the department and reporting sections in conjunction with the division's budget and secures subsequent approvals, tracks expenditure and ensures adherence to the budget; - Provides leadership, direction and guidance to a team of Relationship Managers (RM) and assistants, ensuring their productivity, motivation and development; - Monitors and evaluates team member's performance and providing constructive feedback/ support; - Manages a portfolio of SB clients; Conducts proactive business development activities from new & existing clients; Understands each client’s financial needs/issue/agenda, originating and assisting in the execution of innovative deal solutions; - Review market research on an ongoing basis to determine customer needs, potential volume, competitive strategies; originate and provide initiatives for achieving sale plans of the team; - Works in close coordination with Team Leaders & relevant BUs in assessment of business, financial & economic risks and opportunities, and maximizing potential; - Conduct administrative and reporting task with timeliness and accuracy JOB REQUIREMENTS - University degree or higher majoring in business administration, economics, finance/banking - Minimum 10 years of working experience in the finance and banking sector, of which 5-7 years in business positions serving the small and medium enterprise customer segment. - Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English. RESPOSIBILITIES · Create a thorough project plan that outlines the duties, deadlines, and resources needed to construct the pension platform. · Lead efforts to improve sales tools · To guarantee the project's successful completion, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance specialists from Technology Solutions & Digital Business teams and other stakeholders. · Work together with internal and external partners to compile and record pension platform needs. · Oversee the project budget, making sure that resources are used efficiently · To guarantee that the pension platform satisfies the highest requirements of functionality, security, and user experience, put in place a strong quality assurance procedure. · Manage testing initiatives, such as user acceptability, functional, and integration testing. · Give top management and important stakeholders regular information on the status of the project, the milestones that have been reached, and any potential obstacles. · Promote efficient communication throughout the various project teams and departments. · Determine possible risks and problems that can affect the project's success and create backup plans to deal with them as soon as they arise. Job Summary : Reporting to the Technical Head, the Solar Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, with quality and within budget. You will: • Provide pre-construction, installation, and post-installation support to internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrate a commitment to best-practice service delivery • Deliver high-level customer satisfaction • Manage projects (from costing, project execution to completion) on behalf of the Company on a day to day basis, ensuring that projects are undertaken in a safe, cost effective manner and in full compliance with Company procedures. Job Responsibilities : · Responsible for operational level and understanding of client’s requirements, conduct site visits, site feasibility, solar system design and execution of project. · Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of rooftop and ground mount solar PV systems. · Involve in project commercial offerings - produce and submit proposals and tenders in a timely manner. · Plan and manage the implementation of contract work in a safe manner, in accordance with company-wide and project-specific health, safety and environmental documentation. · Provide project engineers with appropriate targets in terms of work outputs, deadlines etc based on work programme. · Work proactively to improve productivity without compromising safety or quality requirements. · Acting as a single point of contact for customer(s) managing specific contracts and KPI’s. · Complete projects on schedule and within budget. · Create, execute project plans revise and maintain to achieve agreed deadlines. · Manage and report day-to-day operational aspects of the projects. · Progress follow-up, milestone, payments, claims management. · Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects. · Ensure all project related documents are maintained and kept current. · Work closely with all stakeholders maintaining a high level of communication. · Manage revenue; meet financial objectives, assist with budgets and forecasting. · Monitor and identify risk proactively and determine suitable mitigation strategies. · Work closely with project teams regionally and locally. · Support business development with tenders and quotations as needed. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead WS program · Successfully deploy AD program based on E2A guideline with a winning G2M plan for the country · Progress followed on a monthy basis and analysis with corrective actions shared with sales team and CS · Support on the sell out actions and loyalty program · Identify new opportunities & Market demands for sustainable growth · Business steering through webmax · Formalize the working process of program · Co-ordinate to Distribution operation executive to steer well AD data in Webmax and SFA · WS/AD mapping analysis. Lead and deploy Retail/WS operations · Control all commercial documents for process of new & renew account. Ensure all dealers commercial documents are complete, correct and up to date (account opening and revision / renewal of contracts / sales commitments / signage request / contact information / quotation for signage and final invoices / other dealer individual documents). Archived as specified. · Ensure and track the pending actions with suppliers: payment, contracts… with the guideline given by line manager · Dealers support items are managed with clear tracking of the stock and allocations: e.g. unforms, car cover, safety check, name tag… delivery are managed on time and recorded. Pro active to anticipate the need (e.g. new account, shop opening, specific needs) · Grand opening: managing and deploying the opening package (goodies, flexi cars…). Ensure to have a clear roadmap with deadline met and information are shared with all parties to ensure the deployment of all actions (e.g. POSM, training, event confirmation, event flow…) · Dealer data information: ensure to have a complete data dealer database and promote SFA as the main source of information, ensure that dealer information are well communicated (including at website or car service website: e.g. dealer locator) · Dealer events are deployed with respect of distribution objectives and within the framework defined by line manager Lead and deploy signage project · Build/update standard design of group signage · Build/update Car Service POSM offers. · Collaborate with agency to deploy Car Service POS: design, building, package offer deliver & Grand opening execution.
