Job Responsibilities: Knowledge Development: Develop and enhance expertise in sustainability and ESG standards within the commercial space, including tools and methodologies applicable in target geographical markets. Skills Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related environmental sustainability disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in the sustainability field. Knowledge of commercialized decarbonization solutions in the urban environment is essential. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments and regions. Familiarity with capital improvement projects related to energy efficiency. Proficient in GHG emissions and ESG standards and reporting, carbon footprint calculations, and environmental attributes such as Renewable Energy Certificates and high-quality carbon offsets. Experience in green building certifications (e.g., Green Mark, LEED, or EDGE) and ISO standards for best practices in real estate operations is an added advantage.
